Have you ever thought about making a will?

A lot of people never like to think about making a will, some just don’t get round to it, but there are some very good reasons on why you should at least think about making one. Whether it’s to leave loved ones something to remember you by or whether it’s to help them battle financial struggles – it can give you the peace of mind knowing that your property and family are all in good hands.

So why should you make a Which? Will?

• You can put your affairs in order and leave clear instructions to provide for your spouse or civil partner and family to avoid disputes within the family

Will it take a long time to get it sorted out?

By using Which? Wills you will only need to complete a 4 step process.

Step 1: You will need to answer 4 questions which have a Yes/No reply to them. This is to make sure that the service offered by Which? Wills will meet your requirements.

Step 2: A software wizard will take you through a questionnaire. After completing this step the software will be able to produce a will for you. To save your questionnaire you will need to register as a Which? Will user.

Step 3: Selecting your package: This is where you can choose the type of Will you want. After this the Will, will be sent to a Specialist Wills Solicitor to double check, if it all looks ok the Which? Will will be sent to your electronically to download and sign.

Step 4: Once you have downloaded and checked the Will for yourself, you just need to follow the signing instructions to complete the process.
